The boxes must be bought through the Tough Boxes website.

The Tough Boxes (or David Dale Removals Ltd) receipt order number must be presented at the time of requesting a quotation.

Removals must be with David Dale Removals to qualify for refund.

The cost of boxes used will be refunded by deducting the cost from the total removal charge.

Original delivery charges will be included in the refund.

This offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

This offer does not apply retrospectively. The boxes must be purchased from Tough Boxes prior to the removal.

The removal must take place within six months of the Tough Boxes purchase.

Multiple purchases from Tough Boxes may be combined, if the receipt order numbers are provided.

The refund can only be applied to a single removal.

We reserve the right to refuse refund if these terms are not kept, or if there appears to be any misuse of the offer.

Please be ecologically aware. After your move, we are happy to take boxes for re-use and recycling.
