Returns and Exchanges

If your delivery arrives and is visibly damaged it should be refused and the delivery note signed "damaged".

If an item is found to be damaged we will collect it and pay transport charges and send out a replacement provided we are notified by email, fax or writing, within seven working days of arrival.

You have the right to inspect the goods for a period of seven working days from receipt of the goods. If you change your mind, you must inform us by email, fax or writing, and return the goods at your expense.

Returned goods must be unmarked and in their original condition, with any original packaging.

Goods should be returned as soon as practicable after making the cancellation.

A refund will be made by the original means of payment and will include any postage charges included with the original order. Return costs are not refunded.

Refunds will be made as soon as practicable after receipt of cancellation, with the statutory limit being 30 days.

Images are for illustration purposes only. Supplied goods may differ slightly from images and from time to time, due to supplier changes. Quality and functionality will be unaffected.

This does not affect your statutory rights. The above complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2001.
